Who we are
Nomly is developed by ZunoLabs. Questions? zunolabs2025@gmail.com
What we collect
- Account info — your email address, used for authentication via Supabase.
- Food logs — meals you record: place, dish, rating, optional notes and photo.
- Location — used to show your position on the map and find nearby places. We do not store continuous location history.
- Analytics — anonymized usage events via PostHog. No personal data attached.
How we use your data
- To sync your food logs across devices.
- To generate AI insights about your food history (Nomly Pro only) — processed server-side via Google Gemini. Your data is not stored by Google.
- To process subscriptions via RevenueCat and Google Play. We never store payment information.
Third-party services
- Supabase — authentication and database (hosted on AWS).
- Google Places API — place search and location data.
- RevenueCat — subscription management.
- PostHog — anonymized product analytics.
- Google Gemini — AI insight generation (Pro only, server-side).
Security
All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. We use row-level security (RLS) so users can only access their own data. Logs are also cached locally on-device using SQLite.
Your rights
Delete your account and all data at any time via Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, logs, and cached insights from our servers.
Children's privacy
Nomly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Acceptance
By using Nomly you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Nomly.
Your content
Your logs, photos, and notes are yours. We don't claim ownership. By using Nomly you grant ZunoLabs a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
Nomly Pro subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and managed by RevenueCat.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal in Google Play.
- Deleting your Nomly account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel in Google Play first to stop billing.
- Refunds follow Google Play's standard refund policy.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Nomly — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the app, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
